Neil started out at NTG as a lighting operator in 2009. Since that time, he has designed lighting and operated many shows for NTG enjoying the different challenges with each one. The club has upgraded the equipment over the past number of years to LED fixtures provides far more flexibility; working on panto is always a chance to play and experiment with lighting effects.
