Michael Wells

Darien is an actor, playwright, director, producer, MC, voiceover artist, and stage combat choreographer. Originally from North Vancouver, Darien is pleased as punch to be appearing at the Bailey Studio for the fifth time. Local theatregoers may remember seeing him in The 39 Steps, Love Song {2016 Theatre BC Mainstage Festival Best Actor in a Male Role}, The Pillowman, and Blackbird {2025 TBC North Island Zone Festival Best Supporting Actor in a Male Role}. When he's not treading the boards, Darien can be found running Port Alberni manufacturing company DBA Silencing and helping dogs through Furever Endeavour, a rescue he founded with the bright white light of his life, Cydney Pedersen.
